“Virgin Media Offers Free LG Smart TVs in New Promotion”

Virgin Media is offering complimentary smart TVs in a quick sale leading up to the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup today. In anticipation of the kickoff on June 11, the company has introduced a new promotion where clients can receive a free £250 LG Smart TV.

This offer is available to individuals signing up for one of four Virgin TV and broadband packages, each featuring numerous channels, complimentary Netflix, and the choice to add Sky Sports and Cinema content. The packages include Virgin’s Cinema, Sports, Cinema + Sports, or Max Volt options.

Upon availing of the promotion, consumers can select either a 43” LG Ultra HD smart TV valued at £249.99 or a £125 credit toward their bill, providing several weeks of free service with the latter option. However, interested customers must claim this offer by 11.59 pm on Wednesday, May 27.

Virgin’s eligible TV packages come with over 200 TV channels and a free Netflix subscription. The Cinema bundle priced at £44.99 offers full Sky Cinema access and 362Mbps fiber broadband, catering to football, Formula 1, and rugby enthusiasts. The Sport bundle at £54.99 replaces Sky Cinema with complete Sky Sports coverage.

Customers also have the option to combine both packages with the Sport + Cinema bundle priced at £64.99, which increases broadband speed to 512Mbps. For a comprehensive package, the Max Volt bundle at £76.99 offers over 230 TV channels, including Sky Cinema and Sky Sports, along with Netflix, 1,130Mbps broadband, and an unlimited O2 SIM.

Virgin Media is providing a free 43″ LG smart TV or a £125 bill credit when customers switch to Cinema, Sports, Cinema + Sports, or Max Volt TV bundles by May 27. Moreover, the company has introduced the One Touch Switch program, streamlining the switching process for new customers.

It is important to note that Virgin’s monthly prices increase by £4 annually in April, a factor customers should consider before committing to a 24-month contract. Concurrently, Sky has launched a competing sale before the World Cup, reducing prices for its Glass smart TVs to as low as £4.50 per month.

The reduced price applies to the slimmer Sky Glass Air model, while the more advanced Sky Glass Gen 2 now starts at £11. Additionally, Amazon has presented its revamped Fire TV range, introducing the Ember Artline model at a discounted price to rival Samsung’s The Frame TV.

Customers have expressed satisfaction with Virgin Media’s TV and broadband packages, highlighting the brand’s exceptionally fast broadband speeds and excellent value. Positive reviews commend Virgin for the smooth installation process and user-friendly services.
