“Dead Man Found at Halifax Recycling Center”

Halifax Regional Police are currently conducting an investigation following the discovery of a deceased man at a recycling center situated in the Bayers Lake Business Park. The man’s body was found on Wednesday afternoon. Reports indicate that he arrived at the facility earlier that day in a truck used for collecting materials from various commercial containers in Bayers Lake and Halifax.

Authorities, including police spokesperson Marla MacInnis, mentioned that they are working to track the truck’s route in reverse order to determine the man’s possible location within a bin. While the exact cause of the man’s death is under investigation, law enforcement officials have stated that they do not suspect any foul play.

Marla MacInnis further disclosed that the man, identified as a 50-year-old resident of Halifax, has been positively identified through an autopsy. However, details regarding his identity are being withheld at this time, except for his age and place of residence. Police are currently in the process of notifying the deceased man’s family members.
