Darts prodigy Luke Littler has expressed confidence in the potential of Angry Ginge, a contestant on I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Here, to excel in the jungle. The 18-year-old, a close associate of the internet personality Morgan Burtwistle, hinted at a future adventure down under.
An avid supporter of Manchester United, Littler advanced to the knockout rounds of the Grand Slam of Darts in Wolverhampton with a commanding 5-1 victory over Daryl Gurney, maintaining his title defense.
In an interview with SportsBoom, Littler conveyed his belief that Angry Ginge, aged 23, will perform admirably in challenging conditions, stating, “I think he’s going to do very well. I’ve known for a very long time. We’ll have to vote him on and see what he has to eat.”
Regarding the possibility of participating in the show himself, Littler mentioned that he might consider it if the offer is right, stating, “Erm maybe… If they come around for the right price. I might go over for a couple weeks.”
Angry Ginge landed in Australia to a warm reception from fans and reporters, expressing his affection for Manchester United and his mother while displaying a humorous attitude towards the upcoming jungle experience.
In a YouTube video confirming his participation in the reality TV show, Angry Ginge expressed his hopes for Manchester United’s success in his absence, aiming for a strong league position upon his return in early December, saying, “Hello there. If you are seeing this, I have officially been announced that I am going in the jungle. That’s what I’m praying for. I’m hoping I come out, Man Utd are second in the league and going for the title… Arsenal are dropping points.”
