“TV Star Calls Out Inconsiderate Commuters”

A pregnant television personality from the show Made In Chelsea expressed frustration towards male commuters on a crowded train who did not offer her a seat despite her wearing a Baby on Board badge. Tabitha Willett, aged 34, took out her phone and recorded the scene, urging London travelers to “do better.” She mentioned that even an elderly couple beside her faced a similar situation.

The celebrity, who already has a six-year-old child named Ottilie, shared her disappointment online, stating, “I don’t want to complain, but… On my way back from the school run, the train was full of men on their phones, and no one stood up for a pregnant woman with a badge or the elderly couple next to me.”

The social media post triggered a debate, with some suggesting she should have directly asked for a seat, while others argued that passengers also pay for their travel and may have been tired from work. They emphasized that pregnancy is not a disability.

In response, Tabitha explained, “Honestly, if I were really struggling due to pregnancy, I would have approached an able-bodied person and politely asked for a seat until the next stop or so. Fortunately, I am physically capable.” She emphasized that while pregnancy is not a disability, it doesn’t hurt to ask for help when needed.

The ‘Baby on Board’ badges are provided for free by the London transport authority TFL to signal that the wearer is pregnant and may require a seat. Tabitha recently revealed that she is expecting her second child with her fiancé Harry Hoare, sharing a picture of her ultrasound scan with her daughter present at the hospital.

Additionally, she is set to tie the knot this month, showcasing wedding dress options online and expressing excitement for their upcoming low-key wedding ceremony in January. The engagement announcement was made on Instagram in November, featuring Tabitha flaunting her engagement ring alongside Harry, whom she affectionately addressed in the post.

Fans of Made In Chelsea might be surprised by the news, given Tabitha’s recent relationship with her co-star Arman Pouladian-Kari, which was featured in the show’s latest season aired at the end of the previous year.

Tabitha shares her daughter Ottilie with her former partner Fraser Carruthers, who is a friend of Prince Harry.
