JD Vance and Wife Expecting Fourth Child

JD Vance and his wife, Usha, are anticipating the arrival of their fourth child. The official office for the Second Lady, aged 40, has confirmed that their son is due later this year.

In a recent post on a social media platform, the couple expressed their joy about Usha’s pregnancy with their fourth child, a boy, sharing that both Usha and the baby are in good health. They eagerly await the arrival of their son in late July.

Acknowledging the support of military doctors and staff, the couple expressed their gratitude for enabling them to balance family life and service to the country during this busy and exciting time. The announcement was signed by Vice President JD and Usha.

Usha is set to become the first Second Lady to give birth while holding office, a distinction not seen since 1963 when Jackie Kennedy, the wife of President John F. Kennedy, gave birth while in the White House.

JD and Usha first met in 2013 at Yale Law School, bonding over shared interests. JD, also known as James David, confessed his love to Usha early on, referring to her as his “Yale spirit guide.” Their relationship blossomed despite initial challenges stemming from their differing backgrounds.

After two ceremonies that honored both Christian and Hindu traditions, the couple officially tied the knot on June 14, 2014, in Kentucky, JD’s home state, followed by a Hindu ceremony to honor Usha’s heritage.

Together, they have welcomed three children: sons Ewan, aged eight, Vivek, aged five, and daughter Mirabel, aged four. Despite recent rumors about their marriage, the couple remains strong and united, dismissing speculation as trivial.

JD publicly praised Usha, emphasizing the strength of their marriage and her adaptation to their unique circumstances. He highlighted the balance of sacrifices and rewards in their relationship, underscoring Usha’s growth in her role as Second Lady.
