A fatal crash occurred on Highway 62 near Bancroft, approximately 220 kilometers west of Ottawa, resulting in the deaths of both drivers on Sunday evening. The collision, involving two individuals in their 40s, claimed the lives of a Mount Brydges resident at the scene and a Wollaston Lake resident who succumbed to injuries at the hospital. Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
