BT recommends that customers with special needs, such as users of telecare devices, inform their providers promptly to receive appropriate support. Digital Voice, BT’s innovative home phone service, utilizes broadband technology to replace copper connections, offering modern features like Multi Call and call diversion to mobile phones.
The introduction of Digital Voice is set to improve call quality and eliminate issues like crackling conversations, provided users have a compatible Digital Home phone. Upgrading to Digital Voice should not disrupt how most households use their phones, as the service cost is typically bundled with the broadband service at no additional charge.
