Body of 52-Year-Old Found in Bow River

Canmore RCMP is currently looking into a case following the discovery of a deceased individual in the Bow River on Sunday morning. The body was spotted in a section of the Bow River located east of Canmore by a rafter who promptly contacted emergency services around 9:40 a.m., according to EHS. Subsequent checks by paramedics and Canmore Fire confirmed the individual’s passing, leading to the notification of RCMP. The deceased has been identified as a 52-year-old resident of Canmore, with the circumstances surrounding his death now subject to investigation.
