“Escape the UK Chill with £14.99 Flights to the Canary Islands”

Recent weather conditions in the UK have been rather dreary, prompting a desire for some sunshine and a break from the constant need for umbrellas. Fortunately, there are enticing flight offers available to uplift your spirits.

Ryanair has announced a sale with significant price reductions on thousands of fares until the end of March. While the sale encompasses various city escapes and intriguing European locations, one particular winter-sun getaway is sure to attract Brits in search of a taste of summer.

For just £14.99 one way, you can book flights to the Canary Islands from the UK through Ryanair’s website. Although the islands have experienced some stormy weather recently, the upcoming weeks show promising forecasts with temperatures reaching highs of 20C and mostly sunny days. By March, daytime temperatures typically reach 20-22C, providing a warm environment ideal for beach relaxation or poolside lounging.

Additionally, selected dates offer £15 fares to Tenerife South from various UK airports such as Birmingham, London-Stansted, and Edinburgh. Tenerife is a preferred destination during this period due to its warm climate, especially in the southern region of the island.

Notable resorts in Tenerife frequented by Brits include Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas, and Los Cristianos, offering sandy beaches, family-friendly attractions, and a variety of open bars and restaurants throughout the winter season. Alternatively, for a more tranquil retreat, consider staying in Los Gigantes, known for its striking volcanic cliffs and natural swimming pools.

Fares starting from £14.99 to Gran Canaria are also available, with departures from UK airports such as London-Stansted, Manchester, Bournemouth, and Bristol, making visits to this volcanic island more affordable than ever. Sharing a similar climate with Tenerife, Gran Canaria is slightly less bustling, yet it boasts lively resorts like Maspalomas in the south.

While many travelers opt to unwind on the beaches of Gran Canaria, winter is an opportune time for hiking enthusiasts as the weather remains mild, ideal for outdoor adventures. The popular hike up Roque Nublo, taking roughly 30 minutes to reach the summit, offers panoramic views of the island’s volcanic terrain.

Often overshadowed, Fuerteventura is another gem included in Ryanair’s sale, featuring fares starting from £15 to this less-visited destination from airports like Stansted and East Midlands, and £16 from Leeds Bradford. Known for its flat desert landscape and extensive sandy beaches, Fuerteventura offers a unique experience compared to other Canary Islands.

During the winter season, many travelers opt to stay in Corralejo, located on the northern tip of Fuerteventura. From the town’s port, visitors can take a short ferry ride to Lanzarote for a day trip, lasting less than half an hour.
