Members of the Mar-a-Lago golf club associated with Donald Trump are reportedly joining forces to eject a fellow member from the exclusive Palm Beach club. This decision comes after the member appeared in the Netflix series “Members Only: Palm Beach.”
The show centers on various Florida socialites from different wealth backgrounds, engaging in social events and striving for dominance in Palm Beach society. Rosalyn Yellin, a cast member of the Netflix reality series, is a prominent figure who is also a member of Mar-a-Lago.
Although Mar-a-Lago was frequently referenced in the series as a key networking hub in Palm Beach, filming inside the club was restricted. Consequently, other members are allegedly planning to expel Rosalyn from the club due to her participation in the show.
According to a source cited by Page Six, several members are planning to collectively demand the revocation of Rosalyn’s club membership, expressing disdain for the show and labeling it as “cheesy.” Criticisms included the cast’s lack of recognition in Palm Beach and the show’s departure from the area’s lifestyle.
Rosalyn, who actively showcases her Mar-a-Lago affiliation on social media, expressed disappointment at the misrepresentation of the show, emphasizing her focus on philanthropy and charitable activities within the club. Despite the backlash, she remains committed to her charitable endeavors.
The Netflix series, which premiered on December 29, features other cast members like Hilary Musser, Taja Abitbol, Ro-mina Ustayev, and Maria Cozamanis. Maria, notably emotional throughout the show, recently addressed her tears, attributing them to personal struggles she was facing during filming.
