Former hosts of the popular show Strictly Come Dancing, Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman, came together once again following their departure from the series in 2025. The duo reunited for the launch of Tess’ new activewear collection in collaboration with NAIA Beach.
Tess, who has ventured into the world of fashion with her activewear line, was all smiles as she attended the launch event alongside Claudia. In a photo shared on Claudia’s Instagram, the two friends could be seen happily posing together with Claudia showcasing a blue vest and matching leggings from the collection.
Claudia, who is currently part of the cast of The Traitors series four, took to social media to praise Tess, writing, “Brilliant @tessdaly at the launch of her amazing @naia_beach activewear collection. [Four heart emojis] it’s beautiful.”
The activewear collection also features a grey co-ord set with an animal print design in addition to the blue ensemble. Tess reciprocated the love on Claudia’s post with a comment saying, “Love you [two heart emojis].”
Although their farewell was pre-recorded before their final live episode on Strictly Come Dancing, the former hosts bid an emotional goodbye during the show’s Christmas special. Tess expressed her gratitude to viewers, stating, “Thank you again for watching us over the years, it has truly meant the world to us.” In an earlier statement, the pair described their time on the show as an “absolute dream.”
Reflecting on their departure, the duo shared, “We have loved working together as a duo, and hosting Strictly has been an absolute dream. We were always going to leave together, and now feels like the right time. We will miss the incredible team at the BBC and all those involved in the show dearly.”
True to their promise, tears flowed as they filmed their final episode on December 20, with touching tributes from various individuals, including a heartfelt message from Queen Camilla read out by Craig Revel Horwood.
The message conveyed, “Tess and Claudia, as you prepare to take your final twirl, I just want to say thank you on behalf of the millions who watch you each week. Your partnership has been a beacon of warmth, compassion, and joy on the show, and I wish you both every success in your future endeavors. Keep dancing.”
The emotional farewell marked the end of an era for the beloved hosting duo, leaving behind a legacy of friendship, camaraderie, and shared joy on the popular dancing show.
