Apple Fitness+ has introduced new enhancements to help users achieve their fitness goals for the new year. The subscription service, launched in 2020, now offers additional features, bonus content, and special guest workouts.
One of the key updates is the introduction of multi-week programs tailored to boost motivation. These programs, including Strength, HIIT, and Yoga classes, are designed to gradually improve fitness levels over time at a manageable pace.
For instance, users can explore the “Back-to-Back Strength and HIIT” program, which combines 20-minute workout sessions of these two popular exercise types on Fitness+. Additionally, the “Build a Yoga Habit in 4 Weeks” plan aims to help individuals incorporate Yoga regularly into their fitness routines.
An appealing option for those kickstarting their fitness journey is the “Make your Fitness Comeback” program. This four-week plan includes a mix of Strength, HIIT, and Yoga workouts, with three sessions per week (10 minutes each) focusing on each type. The program progresses weekly to assist users in returning to a healthier lifestyle.
Apart from these programs, Fitness+ will introduce new episodes of Time to Walk featuring celebrities like Mel B, Penn Badgley, and Michelle Monaghan. The Artist Spotlight series, showcasing workout playlists dedicated to specific artists, will include new music workouts featuring Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter KAROL G.
Additionally, users can look forward to guest workouts by lifestyle and fitness creator Allie Bennett and dancers Luke and Paul Harwerth. Fitness+ content is accessible on various devices such as the iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, and can be enhanced using the Apple Watch or AirPods Pro to monitor heart rate and calorie expenditure.
Apple Fitness+ is priced at £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year, providing a comprehensive fitness platform for users to achieve their health and wellness goals.
