Securing the top position is SAP, a software engineering company that compensates senior-level account executives with salaries ranging from £57,000 to £89,000. SAP received accolades for its flexible work hours, generous vacation time, advanced technology, and dedication to employee well-being.
In second place is Mastercard, recognized for its diverse workforce, exceptional benefits, and support for a flexible work-from-anywhere culture. Managerial roles at Mastercard come with salaries between £65,000 and £80,000.
Google claimed the third spot, offering software engineers salaries from £70,000 to £100,000. Employees at Google commended the company for its competitive pay, innovative technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career growth.
